North Texas Fix

What we collect

When you book a repair we collect your name, mobile number, and — if you choose pickup, delivery or at-home service — your address. Optionally your email. We also record what device you brought in and what was wrong with it.

What we do with it

We use it to do the repair, to text you updates on your repair, and to reach you if there is a problem. That is all. We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not hand it to advertisers or data brokers.

Text messages

Booking a repair means we will text you about that repair. Reply STOP to any message and we stop texting. We do not send marketing texts.

Your device passcode

If you give us a passcode, we use it only to unlock the device and confirm the repair worked. We delete it from our records when the repair is closed. You never have to give it to us — you can be present while we test instead.

What is on your device

We do not browse, copy, open or back up your photos, messages, accounts or files. A technician sees whatever appears on screen while testing the repair — the home screen, the camera app, the dialer — and nothing more. Anyone on our staff who goes looking through a customer's device is fired.

Who else sees your information

Nobody outside the shop, except where we have no choice: a court order, a subpoena, or a legitimate law-enforcement request that we are legally required to answer.

How long we keep it

We keep repair records so we can honor the warranty and look up your history if you come back. If you want your record deleted, call or email us and we will delete it, as long as we are not legally required to keep it.

This site does not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics. It sets one cookie to remember whether you want the site in English or Spanish, and a session cookie so the quote wizard remembers your answers while you are using it.
